The client at the time came to The Tech Service with two questions.
- What is the process of being online?
- Why should I be online?
Our answer: The process is fairly simple and it is not as difficult as what people think. I explained that we would do all the work and that the director would not have to do anything. They were very happy about this, we wrote the content, designed the logo and created the website. It was as straightforward as that. The only thing we had asked for is just a simple breakdown of services. We then said in our consultation: the reason to be online is that more than 70% of the population is now online and around 60% uses mobile to search. So we created a simple but effective website, optimised for search engines organic growth.
